Our products are guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults and material defects, when the product is used correctly according to the manufacturers instructions. The manufacturers warranty is not transferable and only the original purchaser can make a claim. Please retain your proof of purchase.

Silver Cross prams, pushchairs, car seats and nursery furniture are guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults and material defects, when the product is used correctly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Accessories are also guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. The manufacturer’s warranty is only valid for purchases through approved Silver Cross stockists and is not transferable, only the original purchaser can make a claim.
