It depends, if you check the batch code on the chassis and it's LT21 or newer, you can buy a new wheel from our replacement parts section here.

Unfortunately, if it's before LT21, (LT20, LT19 etc), your Jet will need to come in for a repair. To arrange this, please contact us on the enquiry form. Alternatively, give us a call on 0345 872 6900 and we'll be happy to help.

Our customer service team is available Monday - Thursday between 9am to 5:30pm and Friday 9am to 5:30pm, excluding the last Friday of the month, when we close at 1:30pm.
