At Silver Cross, we understand you look after and cherish your items, what's why we offer a premium Valet and Service, keeping them in top condition, whatever the weather.

To organise a valet or service, please contact us on our enquiry form below. Then, we'll reach out and arrange the collection of your Travel System or Stroller and take it to our expert Service Centre.

Once received, our team will carefully inspect, test, and/or clean, depending on the service you've chosen.

We'll then fully inspect and re-deliver back to you with a free maintenance kit, ready for life's adventures.

Our customer service team is available Monday - Thursday between 9am to 5:30pm and Friday 9am to 5:30pm, excluding the last Friday of the month, when we close at 1:30pm.
