Standard Delivery - FREE on orders over £100
Our standard delivery service will ensure that your goods arrive at your delivery address by courier within 1 to 7 working days of placing the order (some exceptions apply - please see below). For clarity, working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Standard delivery for all orders over £100 is FREE and is not applicable to furniture, Carmel Nursing Chair and mattress orders.
Express Delivery
Want it tomorrow? Express delivery guarantees next working day delivery for £10 (orders must be placed before 1pm to qualify).
Saturday Delivery
You can choose to receive your order before 12pm on the next Saturday if you prefer, but this only available if you order before 1pm on a Friday. A total extra charge of £20 is applied to this service if you request it - but this charge is not per product, so even if you order 2 or more items the charge will still only be £20.
This service is NOT available to postcodes that fall within our Highlands & Remote Islands list.
Carmel Nursing Chair Delivery
Carmel Nursing Chair will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days. A delivery charge of £14.95 applies Please note, furniture delivery is unavailable for these postcodes: AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56 & IV30-32, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, AB36-38, AB55-56, all IV postal codes, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44 and ZE1-3.
Furniture Delivery
Furniture (including mattresses) will be delivered within 1 to 14 working days. A delivery charge of £24.95 applies. Please note, furniture delivery is unavailable for these postcodes: AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56 & IV30-32, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, AB36-38, AB55-56, all IV postal codes, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44 and ZE1-3.
Our trusted home delivery partner, Jade home Assembly, offer a professional furniture assembly service to ensure your new pieces are expertly set up in your home. When arranging your furniture delivery, we recommend discussing this option with them to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible. Please note, this does not apply to the Carmel Nursing Chair.
Delivery to remote areas
If your postcode is on our remote areas list, then we are only able to offer a basic delivery service that will ensure that your goods arrive within 14 working days of your order being placed. There is a total charge of £39.95 for this delivery service but this charge is not per product.
The list of Highlands and remote islands postal codes is as follows:
Chargeable Scottish postal codes: AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56 & IV30-32.
Scottish Highlands includes postal codes: FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, AB36-38, AB55-56 and all IV postal codes.
Scottish Islands includes postal codes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
Regrettably, Silver Cross is not able to deliver standard items to Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight. Silver Cross are also only able to deliver nursery furniture to mainland UK at this time. Silver Cross is also unable to deliver nursery furniture to Shetland, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight postal codes at this time.
